SHIPMENT
On weekdays, orders ordered before 3 p.m. are shipped the same day. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. All orders are shipped via letter post from PostNL, so staying home is not necessary.
Netherlands & Belgium
Orders are shipped for free from €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €3.95 in NL and €4.95 for BE.
Europe (Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark and Austria)
Orders from the above countries are shipped for free above €100. For orders under €100, the shipping costs are €4.95. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Rest of Europe
Orders within the rest of Europe are shipped for free above €150. For orders under €150 the shipping costs are €6.95. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
International
Orders outside Europe are shipped for free from €150. For orders under €150, the shipping costs are €11.95. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY TIME
The Netherlands & Belgium: 1 – 2 working days
Germany, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy: 2 – 5 business days
Rest of Europe: 5 – 8 business days
International: 8 – 12 business days

RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase! Not completely satisfied? You can exchange or return your order within 14 days. With the exception of November and December, then the return period is extended to 50 days after purchase!
Note: Always include a bill with your order number and name with your return shipment.

For return packages from the Netherlands you need to create a return label.
Have you previously received a track & trace email in your email? At the bottom of this email you can easily create your return label (return costs are for your own account).
If you have not received a track & trace email, please register your return by sending an email to support@leveer.nl. Please include your name, the item you wish to return/exchange and the reason for the return. Send the return shipment via PostNL (return costs are for your own account) to the address below:

REFUND
The purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt, provided the item has not been damaged or worn and is in its original packaging. Le Veer has the right to reject returned items if the conditions are not met.
